Club Solaris Cancun All Inclusive

My family and friends have been going to the GR Caribe for over 20 years and it has always been great. The staff are superior to any other hotel in Cancun we have tried. However, on this last trip, we had to rely on the staff more than ever and they were always able to accommodate our needs. We had trouble getting internet with our phones and could not get into our favorite restaurant, Marco Polos. Osiris was there every night helping us get our reservations so we could enjoy the best meals. Our favorite waiter, Israel, waited on us for almost every lunch and dinner. If there was anything we needed, he would find a way to get it. My father needs a ground floor room because he has trouble walking, they were able to get us the rooms we requested. I hope that we can continue to enjoy our Spring break at this hotel and thank you to all the staff there that work so hard to make our stay a great experience!

The GR Caribe newly renovated property is beautiful. My husband and I always enjoy our stay, we travel approximately twice a year. The resort is always clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Auri at the Royal Solaris lobby bar is always working hard with a smile providing excellent service, and Alma in Rosamarius restaurant you find in the restaurant always cleaning offering excellent service with whatever you need. We look forward to seeing these ladies everytime we are there; they are like family we greet with a warm hug.

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. My family has had simple requests and none have been satisfied. Being in the industry myself I know what is a ridiculous request and what can be accomplished easily. You pay for inclusive experience and we can only eat a Buffett that has the same terrible food every single night. We are busy is not an answer to why we can’t get dinner reservation. We paid a lot of money for a family of 6 to come here and receive no extra amenities. Spend your money a name brand resort you get the quality and service you expect to receive.

Darwin was the best manager at Bogavante. Ceviche was yummy and the grilled fish and you couldn’t beat the beautiful views! Turquoise Caribbean beautiful. All you can drink/eat- with beautiful shows and views. We enjoyed our visit for our 20th anniversary!
