Great little spot. We are in Mexico so just remember that over all. But for the price and the room (I had the one with the spa) super nice room and little view on the top. Nice place and around some location markets you can walk to. Staff are great too

Beautiful property, excellent staff, amazing room, fun setting, wonderful cook at the restaurant! Located in a neighborhood with busy traffic, but convenient walking distance to shopping and many food choices.

Hotel is nice. Close to Mercado 28 can walk there. Restaurants in Mercado 28 good. Lots of traffic on road. Close to bus stops.

We didnt like this place because of how dirty it was and in the front desk the lady didnt know how to speak english and she was mean and then when we asked for our money she said oh its too late for it

Family vacay in Mexico The hotel was nice but there was only a pool and no other amenities. We were also supposed to picked up from the airport but when I called the hotel I could not get through to anyone. We ended up taking a bus and a taxi at 10 pm at night.

This hotel has unique and unusual rooms. They make really good pizza and salads, with good service. There's a lot of stairs and it takes energy to get around in the neighborhood. It's not a resort experience, but the pool is nice. I'm worried about the tortoise they keep in the lobby.

no elevator, we were on top floor, one of our room's toilet did not flush, other room had loose sliding balcony door with 1/4" gaps that rattled with wind and let in hot air and noise, located on super busy noisy street, no closet or storage space, exposed drywall, room key worked on multiple doors, grease ants in room, surrounding area had minimal services/restaurants, minimal amenities
