It was pleasant overall. But I had to pay unexpected extra 20 dollars for tax when I checked in. Maybe it will be better if they informed me in advance. Except that, every thing was good.

Great location adjacent to a brand new shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Parts of this new neighborhood is still being built so it does affect a bit the view. However, this didn’t bother us too much and we were not bothered by noises as the the constructions were further.
Spacious and very clean rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. You can even rent bikes from the hotel which is quite convenient.
It was the third time we were staying in this hotel and we will definitely return.

The description of this hotel is very misleading. It is about 30 minutes out of town, in a harbor that is being dredged. A taxi ride into town cost $18 each way. The hotel has a small unheated lap pool and a large unheated hot tub. It is not near a beach. There is a beach about a mile away and a shuttle, but it doesn't run on Mondays. They encourage you to request no housekeeping to save on energy costs, but didn't mention that if you do that you don't get clean towels, empty trash or replenish soaps, etc. We couldn't figure out how to use the in-room expresso maker and no one could help us. If you're into shopping, there is an upscale mall attached to the hotel. When we saw the location, we informed the management that we were very unhappy with the location and wanted to move to a different hotel, but with Trip.com the fee, paid in advance, was nonrefundable.

My experience at the hotel was perfect! All the staff were friendly, and I didn't have any problem communicating even though I don't know much Spanish. I'll definitely be back.

It's a really beautiful place with a restaurant below that was really delicious!
It's directly connected to a shopping mall, and the prices weren't too high, so it was worth the price! Very satisfied
