It is a good resort for families.

The service was terrible.
There were hardly any Asians.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
The location is right in front of the bus stop, so you can easily go downtown.
You will need to arrange a shuttle bus or taxi from the airport.

Always friendly staff. All aspects of this property were always clean, someone was always cleaning somewhere.

Property was good. To much time trying to sell vacation club. Focus should be on customers making their stay a 5 star rating.

This is a major timeshare resort and we were only staying all inclusive and couldn't make any reservations as the give first priority to owners.

This was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The room, bathroom, everywhere inside our hotel room was top tier. Overall the property is well maintained, pools well maintained. The dining options were awesome. I had a wonderful time and to top it off in the most magical country, Mexico! I will definitely be returning to this property!
The staff were also courteous, helpful. Awesome staff overall.
