The hotel staff were friendly and the food was overall delicious. The lagoon view was also pretty and wide open, which was nice. Even though the waves in the private sea were a bit strong, I was able to have fun with my kids.

The beach is great. It was clean without sea****. Food was very good too. There are five restaurants and a buffet with plenty of breakfast options. The resort credit money that they provide are useless. You can’t really buy anything good at their shop and the prices are ridiculous. The spa is really overpriced and there’s a limit of $220 resort credit that can be used for the spa. This resort is conveniently located near La Isla shopping mall and other attractions. Overall , we had a great time at this resort.

Overall our stay was very good. The staff are excellent and service was always impeccable. The food was surprisingly good and we always found food we liked at the buffet. Like other reviewers the hotel is not updated but it was clean. The bands and singers during lunch and dinner were excellent! Having two kids under the age of 10 I was happy that the hotel grounds weren’t huge. We could lounge by the pool and see the kids swimming and getting snacks etc. The beach swimming area was fantastic . Beautiful water and surprisingly large waves. We had a blast here

Loved our stay at the Beach Palace. Clean and spacious room, nice beach, can order any drink you want, and very friendly staff. We stayed at another resort for a day (due to flight cancellation) and realized how lucky we were to have stayed at the Beach Palace!

We went with our family. We booked lagoon view the gave us free upgrade to ocean view they decorated our room for our anniversary. Being honest the pool was great and their coffee shop is the best. The people our very nice and we got whole one day in moon palace the grand cancun. They booked us a private dinner in front of the pool because of their our anniversary. In total it’s not a big resort but still the beach and everything was good.

We were here for 3 nights and the staff was freakin amazing. This is the best service I have ever had at a hotel. From when they greet you when u come in, to the maid staff, to the beach staff to the bartenders, EVERYONE!!! I can’t recommend this place enough and we will be back. Now the hotel itself is a bit outdated and could use renovations but the service more than made up for it. The food was also pretty good.

We received a warm welcome with flowers and moist perfumed towels. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to customer service. The only drawback is that the Indian and Asian food are not authentic and the food is served too slowly in all the restaurants, except for the Buffet.
