We had a pretty bad experience with our stay at Wyndham Cancun.
Water was leaking in the room.
Shower planner was broken and draining yellow color water.
Overall experience is bad but the property is really good. This was an unfortunate experience.

We had an amazing days at Wyndham Grand Cancun. The amenities were amazing , food at La vista was fantastic, helpful and attentive staffs. Beach was not swimmable due to the strong wind but they have different pools and jacuzzi to choose from.

The hotel is old and even though it was recently remodeled it shows.
The beach is very pretty and has a good location, however the weakest point is the food, they have few options, the quality is low and obtaining a reservation in high season is very difficult.
The service is also poor.

The pools were all too cold.
Not sure what our extra "ammenity" was, unless it was the slippers on the 4th day that were tossed on top of my suitcase after i left a note circling "did not receive".
But was very very happy with our room upgrade!!

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience at the Wyndham Grand Cancun Resort. This marked my second visit to the hotel, and it was just as outstanding as the first. The staff, without exception, were truly amazing and incredibly helpful, which undoubtedly contributed to the overall excellence of my stay.
The addition of the coffee shop was a delightful bonus, and it added to the overall enjoyment of my time at the resort. However, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by the lady working at the coffee shop on Saturday, January 20th. Despite our consistent tips and polite requests, her demeanor was notably rude, and she did not exhibit the warmth and friendliness that we had come to expect from the rest of the staff.
Despite this isolated incident, the remainder of the staff, from the front desk to every other team member, were exceptional. Their dedication to providing outstanding service truly shone through, and it's evident that they are a significant asset to the resort.
Overall, my experience at the Wyndham Grand Cancun Resort was fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback to ensure that every guest receives the exceptional service that the majority of the staff consistently delivers. Thank you for an otherwise wonderful stay

Limited food choices, limited alcohol and brand choices, too many stairs, floors always had condensation making slippery. Housekeeping never cleaned room. Trouble at check in. Said we had no reservations
