I had a problem with my reservation and it was all chaos, but Trip is responsible since it was a mistake in the reservation, they charged me two times and according to the reservation it was already all-inclusive, they did not include the children and the reservation indicates that children under 12 stay free, we included 4 and they charged us for all four
