Hotel was horrible service horrible, from the time I arrive the room was wrong no ac stayed in the room 3 days with no air condition when they finally moved my room a day before leaving . They treated the kids so bad not to mention roaches in hotel , food was not good, smh I will never recommend this hotel to anyone going forward

It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food.
I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility.
