LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. The hotel generally feels good, it is old, the location is very good, you can walk to Shopping Mall, the bus stop is at the entrance of the hotel. Hotel service is very good, the staff is good, the food is not bad.
