Terrible overall experience!! The 'supreme' room was a joke! Our view of air conditioning pipes was ridiculous. We did not sleep a wink as the spring beds were literally the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on! There is NO privacy glass/frosted pane windows in the bathroom!!! Im sure that's illegal and an utter disgrace. We booked the hotel for an indoor pool. We asked the reception how we use it, she said it was off limits, full. i think we saw two people in the whole hotel!! To top it off, the shower was an absolute shocker, you have to run the water FOR 20 MINUTES, before it gets scalding hot, followed by freezing within 30 seconds.....and then hot again! 20 minutes of water wasted each use. Terrible. Who has 20mins to pre-plan a shower! Our 'breakfast' was a stale roll with slices of kiwi and a miniscule pot of margarine. Their only saving grace is the lovely lady who served us this abomination. For covid times, you'd think hotels would go the extra mile. This was quite the opposite

After deciding about the hotel and seeing some comments...I was a little afraid of truth, a grateful surprise to see that my afraid was wrong,at reception the attention was FLAKE( look I was heavy) the pretty room, The perfect dining room we book half-pension and quality/price was very good (TB has a letter for whom not wants the menu options) a hotel that is both in the deal, as well as facilities etc is 10, I don't know if the complaints I read were from people who are usually used to hotels in Abu dabi....yo travel enough ,in different categories and in this we will repeat safely.
