This hotel has a ton of potential. The staff did everything they could to make the trip better but some systematic, foundational issues plagued the stay. Firstly, our original room had no hot water. They claimed that this was being repaired but another couple we met mentioned they had said the same thing and had been showering with lukewarm to cold water for 3 days. The entire hotel was seemingly understaffed and under supplied. Many items on the menu were not available. Staff were always using this expression 🤷♂️ because they couldn’t do anything about it. It seemed to be a management issue or overall trend. We also requested housekeeping directly from the front desk at 1pm and by our return at 9pm, no housekeeping had arrived at the room. Towels were stained and old. The exhaust fan in the room’s bathroom was broken and could not be turned off which meant there was a loud exhaust fan noise all night. The resort truly has potential. Grounds are beautiful. But the 🤷♂️ really didn’t rationalize the price of our stay. Jayson, the manager, was trying his hardest to be accommodating but at some point the issues are so plentiful you just try to ignore them to try to squeeze the final moments of enjoyment out of a hard earned vacation.

We arrived at the hotel around 5:45 PM, only to be told at the front desk that our room wasn’t ready—despite the stated check-in time of 4 PM. In the end, we didn’t receive our room keys until around 8 PM. The valet parking service they claim to offer wasn’t actually available. Instead, we were asked to park the car ourselves in a parking lot and then walk back to the hotel. At check-out, they attempted to charge me an additional 25%, claiming I needed to pay the resort fee and taxes again, even though everything had already been fully paid. When I pointed this out, the receptionist checked the system, confirmed that my payment was indeed complete, and said it was "strange." She then consulted with the manager, who insisted that the charge should remain. When I requested to speak with the manager, I calmly explained the situation, pointing out that double-taxing was not only incorrect but also likely illegal. Instead of addressing my concerns, he told me to "calm down" and not "yell" at the staff—despite the fact that I was simply explaining the issue without raising my voice. He then spent five minutes scrolling through my phone, seemingly trying to find any loophole to justify an extra 25% charge. When he couldn’t, he silently updated the bill and removed the additional charges—without any apology for the inconvenience or for making us wait two extra hours for our room after a long journey. Overall, it is a disappointing experience for what is supposed to be a "resort." Would not recommend.

They don’t have any services to take you to and from the hotel. Many taxi services do not want to pick up.

Amazing location, out of the world experience, great amenities, But, No elevator .

Love the area and the rental golf cart at the property and the maps for the property

Excellent hotel, excellent service and excellent, very attentive employees. I highly recommend it.
