Pousada Don Ramon is a small hotel with spa with the touch of the owner. You can feel the family environment all over, in the delicate afternoon tea with waffles, during the tasty breakfast and in the spa massage. The Alecrim premium suite, located over the spa, is private and provides a nice experience with a jacuzzi. Quality is found in every detail, such as in the tea provided by the staff at night, which is quite comforting. Location is good close to downtown Canela and all sightseeing provided by the charming little town. During the stay a discount is provided in the spa, whose service was also excellent. We truly felt at home.

“Luxury” room - old, loud, and tiny decrepit bathroom. Bugs hatched inside during our stay. The breakfast waiter yelled at us for coming to eat 30 min after start time. Tried to make us pay for the room again after we prepaid through **********

Estive hospedada na Pousada Don Ramon , em Canela e fiz de forma parcelada, no cartão uns 20 dias antes. Para minha surpresa a fatura veio de uma vez só e foi cobrado um valor absurdo e o sistema fez como se fosse 4 estadias além do tempo que fiquei. Ao reclamar, o proprietário, comprometeu-se a depositar todo o dia 10 ao longo do tempo de parcelamento. Agora no mês de março ele não depositou, não atende as ligações, não responde mensagens de Whatsapp, sua esposa também proprietária não me atendeu e ao ligar para a recepção da pousada também não sou atendida. Precisei entrar no PROCON. Eu trabalho, e estou perdendo muito tempo para receber um valor depositado por engano , que eles já receberam e não tem a decência de me devolver o valor que já utilizaram. Além disso dizem que a culpa é minha. Até hoje o sistema não me enviou o recibo. O sistema deles é tão ruim que nem é possível mais fazer reservas antecipadamente somente na hora. O que corrobora o problema. No mais a equipe de atendimento é maravilhosa. Vale a pena se a pessoa não parcelar.

Estivemos na pousada Don Ramon no período de 8 a 12 de março de 2024, ficamos encantados com a pousada e o atendimento . Parabéns para o Mauricio, Jojo, Tulio e Martinha , equipe de funcionarios da pousada ,são impecaveis. Ainda tivemos a grata surpresa de sermos recebidos pelos donos da pousada Sr. Walmor e Dona Ester. Também gostariamos de elogiar a maravilhosa massagem feita pela Terapeuta Andrea , que mãos de fada !!!!E para finalizar temos como sugestão : incluir duchas higiênicas em todos os banheiros ,esse pequeno detalhe faz a diferença. Vale a pena a estadia nessa bela pousada SPA em Canela. Os dias que passamos foi revigorante. Atenciosamente Leandro e Ana Catharina.

Super recomendo café manhã dos deuses iremos voltar certeza sempre que possível . Espaço maravilhoso as massagem boas sem falar na atende Localização perto do centro de Canela .não percam lá é demais. Os proprietários são muito amáveis. Não deiche de conhecer vale muito a pena.

Excelente! Tranquilo e agradável, ótimo para relaxar fazer massagem e comer bem. Equipe super simpática e atencioso, local hospitaleiro e tranquilo. Próximo ao centro de canela e rapidamente está em gramado, ou seja da para curtir as duas cidades.

Foi nossa primeira experiência em um spa e não poderíamos estar mais satisfeitos. Ficamos hospedados e fizemos um pacote de spa. A pousada tem uma decoração lindíssima, super criativa e realmente dá pra ver os cuidados em cada detalhe. Além do ambiente ser super relaxante e aconchegante, o que com certeza chama a atenção é o atendimento! Os funcionários são simplesmente todos simpáticos, solícitos e uns amores! As massagens foram super relaxantes. Saímos pensando já em retornar!
