房間不是我們預訂的那種，酒店自己隨便安排了一間房，沒有提前通知我們，到了也沒有説，進了房間才發現不是預訂的，床單也不乾淨，設施也老化了，漱口杯全都是灰，地面一沾水就很滑，前台服務也不好。
