Reviews of Mondrian Cannes

The Mondrian Cannes is definitely not a 5 star, it’s a 4 / 3 star hotel. The welcome letter in our room was addressed to someone else, and while the staff apologised, they didn’t bother doing a new one. Room 101’s carpet was visibly dirty, and all the three rooms had an unpleasant, unidentified odor. The air conditioning was very loud! Given the 5 star prices, I’d recommend looking elsewhere, the location is excellent and the staff make an effort, but that’s about it.

The service was terrible! The breakfast was awful, and the fruit was covered in bugs! They forced you to give them your keys when parking! They even charged extra for parking! Absolutely awful!! The service was extremely poor.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right across from the beach and various shops and restaurants. The staff were also very attentive; they took care of everything from luggage to parking. Knowing we had children, they even thoughtfully provided us with teddy bears on the bed – thumbs up! 👍

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, facing the ocean with expansive views. The beach is right outside the door, and there are private beach chairs. Numerous shops and hotels are nearby. After returning from the beach in the evening, you can enjoy dinner at one of the lively open-air restaurants lining the nearby streets. The hotel staff are very welcoming. Architecturally reminiscent of a prefabricated building, the rooms are luxuriously appointed. Those on the sea side have balconies, while those on the city side have larger rooms with chaise longues. Breakfast is excellent in the restaurant or in the garden. A private pedestrian walkway across the street leads to the attached beach club, with loungers and towels free for hotel guests. That's the Côte d'Azure.

Breakfast is too simple, everything else is good. Recommended

Stayed here during the Cannes Fireworks Festival and watched a great visual feast. Very good hotel, large and comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Delicious room service. Great location. Will stay again.

The bathtub in the room is designed without a shower curtain, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Everything else is good, the area is quite large. It is very close to the sea, just across the road. There are luxury stores around, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also many dining options. The location, environment and service are all very good, and I am very satisfied with the stay experience.
