How do I put this? The hotel's location is definitely its strong suit. It's super convenient to walk from the train station with your luggage, and it's practically surrounded by four popular ice cream shops. The seafood restaurant that's trending on Xiaohongshu is also just a 3-minute walk away. There are small convenience stores nearby too, with yogurt, water, drinks, and alcohol – pretty much everything you'd need. The hotel's exterior is lovely, especially at night. However, the blackout curtains in the room aren't great, and it can get a bit noisy during the day facing the street, so light sleepers should take note. But the interior facilities are really old; it feels like something out of a 90s movie motel. Still, for a four-star hotel in Europe at this price point, I guess that's to be expected! The room is tiny; it's hard to move around once you open your suitcase. The bathroom door can't even close if you're sitting on the toilet, but it is kept very clean. The hotel elevator is so small it can only fit two slim people and a 33-inch suitcase – two larger people wouldn't be able to fit luggage, and it would be awkwardly close, haha! The area around the hotel feels very safe, and the front desk staff are incredibly nice. Luggage storage is also secure. If you're not planning on spending all your time at the hotel and don't mind the absence of a gym, spa, or lobby bar, then this could be a good option.

I loved the location but hotel to be considered as 4 star with limited service is not right We stay 4 days the frist day they provide you bottle of water and tee, coffee after that no When we got there the bathroom was not clean we called to clean toilets again Overall maximum this hotel can be 3 star not more

Fantastic location, impeccable service, probably always our first choice when we return to Cannes.

The location is great, and the room cleaning and tidiness are good. However, I was disappointed by the blonde lady at the reception desk.

Good location. Easy to walk and travel around to various point of interest. But for the room, it is not sound proof enough. Noisy at night. Can hear outside vehicle & music playing.

The hotel has a lot of history. It's a building historic building at a wonderful location. However because the building is so old, the rooms are tiny, facilities are old, elevator are petit. The services is great and the view if your room is looking at the marina is wonderful. Otherwise it's really not the best hotel experience to expect. I'll most probably choose a different place to stay at when I return to the city.

Location is perfect, in the heart of Cannes facing the Festivals Hall. We love our room 211 facing the sea n marina

We got the smallest room in the hotel ... after the reservation of the 2 rooms the service missed the rooms so the one for two and see view got the one college, but the rest of the stay was ok. Next time we have to ensure the room is on the 2nd floor.

Its nice hotel with amazing location, but i think the problem is about app but not about hotel…. We booked room with 2 separated beds, which they didnt have. And they gave us 2 beds in horrible smocked room 🤢 later on we’ve booked different room, but they didnt give us 2 beds but gave 1 queen, which was too small for us….
