Very nice hotel but a lot of waiting at the reception as well as at Room Service room very badly placed we were just above the air conditioning fans of the whole establishment as much to tell you that the noise at night was unpleasant… It's that's why we only stayed one night and then left for the Martinez to finish the week Too bad Especially when the receptionist asks us if the room suited us and we only answer no, she doesn't even try to make an effort on the breakfasts that we paid one hundred euros

I didn't stayed at a room with nice view, but the hotel operate small terrace on the first floor served with champagne(on-charge). Rooptop terrace was closed for the some duration, so that I could not visit. Breakfast was good though, even though the service staffs looks somewhat less professional. They, however, are very kind. In general, nice visit and stay in Cannes. Thanks.

Although the hotel is 4 stars, it is not worse than five stars. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good, especially the location, very close to the commercial street. To the south is the luxury sector, and to the north is the catering shopping street. It is also easy to go to the Movie Palace, 3 minutes walk. There are also delicious Chinese restaurants around. Suitable for vacation and business. Will choose here next time.

The lady in the breakfast restaurant is such an amazing person, he praised the smartphone case, talked to Nico Nico and enjoyed it. The breakfast itself is of course delicious. Japanese fruits are usually better, but sweet and delicious! ! There are also good brands of black tea and herbal tea. If you tell me at the beginning, you don't have to spend a lot of time, but this is the only benefit. We reached the front row by taxi, but the brother in the front row turned the car to the back P and took the luggage to the room. We went back a little bit on the way home, but it was not difficult. Very good! Very well located hotel. There is parking nearby (paid) and there is a beach next door. The room is very good, we can arrive 24 hours a day. Very nice hotel, the small drawback is that the housekeeper cleaned some rooms before 11 am, so the noise was very loud, so I woke me up at 9:30 am. The customer also went home around 3.30 in the morning and made a lot of noise. Otherwise everything is fine 👍🏻

Very conveniently located near the main train station. The bed and the pillows were SO comfy. Did not want to get up in the morning. The hotel is very quiet and the bar/lounge area was empty in the evening so it's probably not a place to go if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, but if you want peace and quiet it's great. Great value for money and would stay there again.

Hotel with history in the centre of Cannes. All nearby, boutiques, restaurants, embankment, port. There are yachts in rooms with sea view. The area between the hotel and embankment was recently renovated. The last time was in December, in the rooms warm, good breakfast, almost always make the room appreciation at the settlement. At an adequate price - recommend.

Pros: Basic hotel with nice staff. Negatives: 1. Pillow cases don’t fit, leaving yellowed & completely uncovered pillows open to touch your skin/face while sleeping lounging. 2. Non functioning AC in the rooms. Speaking with staff and asking them to visit the room, I was informed this is the normal functionality of the AC- which leaves the room the same stifling, humid temperature as the corridor- even hotter than outside in the summer heat (at night 20C outside, 29C in the room). Staff helped me open the room window fully to help let in air but with window facing a closed wall with other room windows this is no solution. I considered propping open the corridor door to allow some air flow and allow at least some relief- however clearly this isn’t a safe option…. Loud homeless people & groups of kids in the streets below intensify the annoyance of laying in bed, uncomfortable, sweating, unable to sleep with the heat & noise- don’t even think about being able to pull the duvet over yourself. Overall 1/10 comfort. If the above described experience feels like a 4-star hotel experience to you, then this is the place for you. Overview: Deeply, deeply unhappy with my stay and would not ever risk return. Cannes has loads of far better hotels at the same or even significantly less price point. (I’ve lived and worked in Italy and the south of France for 12 years, visiting Cannes at minimum three times a year during this period). There were other available options I know from previous trips that are very convenient and comfortable- for 50€ less a night… However some friends living here mentioned this hotel and I thought to try something new… extremely dissatisfied with the outcome.
