Reviews of at Marina Shores

We recently stayed at this hotel (last minute booking due to limited availability in Airlie beach during xmas period) and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations for this over rated 5 star hotel. The cleanliness was disappointing. We found dust on the washing machine and noticed oil dripping down from the range hood filter—issues that clearly indicated a lack of attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance. The check-in process was poorly communicated. We were not informed ahead of time that there would be no staff on-site after 5 pm. As a result, our luggage was left outside the reception area, which felt both unprofessional and unfriendly. These two major issues left us feeling dissatisfied. Would not recommend!
