Good value

Don’t decide! This hygiene is terrible! Very old-fashioned decoration, the floorboards creak, there are no sockets on the bedside, only the garden is beautiful! But the room was so bad! If you move it away casually, the wallpaper will peel off! This city is really nice! Highly recommended by Ximen Garden!

The room is too cold and there is no air conditioning. There are no disposable items such as slippers and toothbrushes. The cafe is close to the roadside and the scenery is nice.

Pros: The room is clean and cleaned up in a timely manner. The breakfast is good, and the steak in the restaurant on the first floor can be slightly expensive. Cons: No elevator. However, there are few old hotels in the UK with elevators.

The room is very good and has a bathtub Facilities: relatively complete Environment: very quiet

Lovely hotel, short walk into Canterbury town centre. Staff lovely and welcoming. Rooms very clean. The onsite restaurant was superb, had breakfast and dinner there all food lovely and well presented and staff excellent. The bar area very comfy and inviting. We have no negatives to say about this hotel and it has ample onsite parking

Had 2 blissfully quiet nights sleep. Ten minutes walk to Canterbury city ctr which saved driving. Staff were exceptional in attitude and service. Bar prices were very reasonable and the restaurant prices also. You good choice and the steak was best I have had . Asked for medium to well done, and it was, which is not usually the case. Only gripe I have is pillows were very soft for my liking. However we are both looking to go back in near future for longer stay. Thanks to staff etc. A credit to hotel.

Excellent value hotel in good position for visiting and shopping etc in Canterbury. It’s about a 15 min walk to the centre (buses available) which avoids town centre parking charges. Rooms in the rear extension similar to Premier Inn in layout (ours had large double with a wardrobe and bath rather than shower). Breakfast fine with good choice of cold/continental. Hot English breakfast to order. Plenty of parking and being north of the centre made it easy to visit north Kent coast. Good choice on dinner menu with a carvery each night.

Well appointed, great accommodation, food and bar. Guaranteed a comfortable stay here and the main reason for that is simply the staff. Professional, caring and very motivated they are the ones that make this one of THE best hotels I have ever stayed in.

This is our first time in Cantebury and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is in a great location. About a mile walk to the cathedral but is a pleasant flat walk. Hotel is great, staff very friendly and breakfast lovely. We would definitely return to this hotel.

My favourite hotel in UK. It's the 5th time I am visiting Victoria hotel. Friendly staff very helpful. Daily fresh buffet and cooked breakfast. Carvery was great served every day at very good price. Very nice clean room. I am definitely choosing and recommending this hotel again.
