We were in Canton for a family funeral. Totally disappointed in Quality Inn. Found nothing quality about it. We checked in found only a half of roll of toilet paper, no coffee cups, only 1 plastic cup for water. Had to kill 2 large spiders in the room.

Everything was very nice!! The room was clean. The customer service was awesome. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Honestly it is one of the better Motels to stay in Canton. The staff if very friendly and attentiveness was wonderful. Our TV wasnt working, the little coffee pot was missing pieces but upon speaking with the front office, they fixed everything asap. My only hangup as the cleanliness. Therr was little black fuzzies floating around (dont know what that was about) the lamps looked very dusty. The handicap bar on the tub was broke. (We didn't use either way) there were stains on the sheets. Really just the cleaning crew needs to be more thorough. I understand it may be a tough job, but that is the job. Canton really has no Hotels, just motels, and considering your pick this place is really better than the others in the area.

The online pictures where very misleading to say the least. The room was outdated and not well maintained. The bathroom was dark and the toilet seat was falling apart. The bathtub spout was not attached to the wall. The TV had only one channel. The only positive was the confortable bed.

Parking in the back is too tight we’re blocked in in the morning. Our keys didn’t work the second day and my disabled dad had to sit on stairs till they fixed. No elevator for him so had to go up 2 flights of stairs. Killed 2 roaches in bathroom. Tub area in need of refresh. My husband asked for towel as we were staying for two nights and said he had to bring the wet towels back to get another one because they only had so many. Not a great experience

The swimming pool had water bugs, the hot tub was disgusting and green, the floors in the room were filty, and the vanity looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

The only thing I did not like what is the morning we were supposed to be there at seven Started running my credit card when check in time is not until 1 o’clock. I keep my money in my savings account and I transfer it over they locked my account I continuing to run it when it was denied and then they were going to give my room to someone else. I did not like this. I’ve never had a hotel run my card before I got there so for that I was not

This isn’t a hotel because they don’t do anything for your “paid” stay! Their faint sign on wall tells you (basically in shorter terms) they do not tend to room (make bed, pickup/replace linens, provide soaps, shampoo or clean) with extended (2 or more nights stay)! We walked in after 1st night stay & NOTHING was done to room/bath! You are asked to change out your own linens, replace and/or add soaps, shampoo, etc yourself! Price w/taxes through ********** for 2-nights was $$179.67 & without services, it’s wasn’t worth $50!
PS Bed linens, pillows had a sweaty smell too. Vehicles parked on premises in front of double bed room side were horribly junky, broken windows & had rocks under tires to keep vehicle from rolling! Very trashy hotel & this tells you to NOT TRUST what you read from the hotel comments regarding “good or excellent” ratings on line!!👎👎👎👎👎
