Close to the beach, like 300m. Large enough for a family of 3. The balcony is nicely large. Staff is friendly. Although it is said that the location is quiet it is not, several times per week outdoor karaoke, neighbours cleaning their terraces with noisy electric air blowers in the morning. The elevator did not have any proof of maintenance on its label. Stuffing, like toaster, microwave and stove are old or weak, frying a piece of meat isn’t fun on the stove. There are several restaurants nearby but surprisingly they are quite often closed, in fact the choice is very limited.

The apartment was great, perfect for our needs. Great value for money. Very clean, quiet and had all necessary things to cook basic meals and prepare good breakfast. Great was to have normal, big fridge and espresso coffee machine :-) It is about 100 m to the beach which was perfect. Beach very nice and clean and also nice restaurants and some shops around. Owners were friendly and communication without any problem. Self check in went smoothly, all necessary info were sent before arrival. We also appreciate that Canyamel is quiet, surrounded by nature and 3 min by car it's beautiful golf course! At the end we made the reservation directly with the owners and all worked perfect, so we recommend it!

We had a lovely 2 weeks holiday here. On first arriving we thought the apartment was very small compared to other places we’ve stayed however it had everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff are always cleaning. Staff were very helpful. The pool area was fantastic, again very clean. Always plenty sun loungers, everyone was so friendly also. It’s also very fun with a large selection of pool toys and inflatables! Very kid friendly. 2 min walk to the beach was perfect! The beach was gorgeous, so clean and the water crystal clear. We only ate out a handful of times as not so easy with small children, every restaurant we tried was good in particular la cabana where we got an amazing paella. Canyamel is a tiny town, we’d recommend renting a car to see other parts of Majorca. Only thing I’d request is a full length mirror in the room - from a women’s perspective the bathroom mirror wasn’t enough 😆
