I arrived at 6:30pm to an empty lobby and no staff. I rang the bell, no reply, called the phone number posted twice, no answer, looked around found the employee laundry door open, knocked a announced my presence, no answer, back to the office, noticed the door to the back room ajar, knocked and announced my presence, no answer. I stood dumbfounded for a few minutes then pounded on the bell one last time before i figured i would have to go to another hotel without a reservation, and finally the staff member on duty appears from the back room sleepy eyed and a bit disoriented.
The room itself was a bit smelly and rough around the edges, peeling floor tile in the bathroom and mold/mildew in the shower.
It also appears i was charged twice for my pet addition.
Overall a poor experience at best, i departed at 9 am the next morning feeling tired but more than happy to leave the experience behind.
