This is a great Marriott property just a few blocks from the core of the Cape. Spacious parking area, appealing lobby, friendly check in, lovely rooms, this has everything going for it. We like the repurposed buildings, in this case an old bank. Great value for breakfast sandwiches in the lobby, though they should offer complimentary coffee. Quiet, clean, historic, it has everything going for it in a super cute town. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spotlessly clean. Love these little kitchenette set ups as I pack as much healthy food as I can for my time on the road & the full size fridge is handy. Slept well on very comfortable bed w/triple sheets & lots of fat, fluffy pillows. Free wifi w/great signal, plenty of easily accessible outlets and enough work space to attend to business without feeling cramped. But more importantly, I cannot begin to say enough nice things about the young men at the front desk. Jason was the perfect combination of friendly & efficient at check-in, which is a welcome relief after a long day on the road. Next morning, John went out of his way on my behalf & printed off some much needed paperwork with cheery ”No problem, glad to help you out!” and I was quickly on my way. Highly recommend & will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in the area.

The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a sign stating they did not offer housekeeping due to Covid-19 but our room was clean, despite that “ moldy old-hotel” smell which eventually disappeared. The only real issues was the beds—the mattress sits on top of some type of metal pedestal. When you rolled over it made a sound like metallic thunder or popping sheet metal. Both beds made the sound but one more so than the other. We also heard the same sound through the walls so I know it was not an isolated issue and there would be no reason to complain about it. The beds are comfy even if you feel like there is an thunderstorm happening outside. The room was booked for queen sized beds but I am pretty sure they were actually full size. (I sleep on a queen size and these beds seemed to be quite smaller.) That was not such a big deal but it could be an issue if there is two people sharing a bed. I appreciated the later breakfast hours of 7a-10a, instead of the customary 6-9.
