We liked the hotel well enough, but our stay was marked and marred by one disappointment after another. On checking in it was clear that a request of needs sent to management on booking our unit had been totally ignored. I'm handicapped and need a lift to access upper floors. Nobody took the trouble to inform me there is no elevator in the hotel! So, no access to our unit for me. Then we were blandly informed that the rooms had no aircon! This is at the end of summer when it gets hot as hell in this part of the country. This turned the rooms into hot, airless chambers where only an alien from another planet could subsist. Thanks to staff, a room with barely functioning aircon was eventually found and that's where we spent the night. Definitely not among my best experiences with overnight hotel stays and most definitely one of the less memorable ones ...
