Excellent hotel to stay at. The accommodation offers everything you need to have a great stay in Cape Town. The hotel staff are very friendly and receptive. My experience was a 10. Beatrix and Zolani are fantastic people.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Cape Town, look no further! This hotel is awesome! Centrally located to most attraction points. Food and Cocktails are amazing and rooms are super clean! The Manager Candace was super helpful and friendly and assisted us with re-booking flight. We will certainly be back!

Wow.. What a trip!!! Africa personified… Truly special African hotel in one of the most stunning cities in Africa We have been travelling fir weeks and with severe Gluten & Lactose intolerances, growing into allergies 🥺 Bea, Laverne and Chef Lungie are trying to nurse me back to health… 🙏 They prepared a feast if nutrition and love without my asking. This truly is the most special I have been treated in a hotel anywhere on the planet My health is their primary concern.. Please celebrate & recognise these 3 beautiful ladies..

We were so impressed with Hotel end-to-end customer service, from moment we were dropped at by an Uber from the airport starting from security, helping with our 🎒. Front desk staff Okuhle, Chantel (to names I recall) but generally everyone was very knowledgeable, about history of the hotel and surrounding areas, suggested and provided information for great places to visit and responded to requests promptly. I was so impressed by Samantha's(from restaurant) customer service skills, timely anticipated our needs. Hotel s close proximity to amenities, VA is a + factor Food was generous and great. There is room for improvement

Very well located nearby (walking distance) the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Heritage building refurbished with a nice set up. The Hotel is small, adequate for leisure travelers, it is not suitable for business purpose. The room is fair space and comfortably for a couple. Good breakfast options.
Very attentive staff and very friendly as well.
We had nice stay there. No complaints.

Love the location on the waterfront; more convenient to just walk around the area. Staff was very friendly as well as the staff in the restaurant area, particular Patts, she was a sweetheart. Thanks.

This is a great hotel with wonderful and friendly staff. I was travelling alone and the restaurant/bar staff….Byron, Beatrix, Bukiwe and Tabisa in particular made me feel so welcome and looked after. The location is perfect for the Waterfront. Very clean rooms.

This hotel is a great hotel when visiting Cape Town. The location is perfect, as it’s within a 10 minute walk to the waterfront area of Cape Town. The location also felt safe. The hotel’s decor was quirky, and our room was large and clean. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. We also visited the hotel’s restaurant on 2 out of our 3 nights. Food and service in the restaurant was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cape Town.

The reception staff are really nice and the waiting at breakfast were lovely. But we came back just after 10 and the bar wouldn’t serve us a drink as they had “cashed up” even though we were resident. We asked for a can of coke to take to the room and they wouldn’t give us that either. It’s our honeymoon and had lovely experiences in South Africa before this. Disappointed.
