Easy to find, easy to connect with staff Impressing old style house Very friendly staff who helped us during our stay there

Loved this guest house! Stayed here last minute and was pleasantly surprised! The family room is so cute - love the african decor, such a nice touch. The staff are lovely too & even gave me complimentary breakfast.

Easy check in, everything you might need is present in the room but if there is something missing just ask wonderful people running the place and it will be there in a flash. We had a room with en-suite facilities, water in a shower was hot and pressure is great! Every single person of the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay the most comfortable, helping arrange and book trips, do a phenomenal housekeeping and maintenance work and simply delight every morning with a friendly chat.

Friendly hostess, attention to detail, ready to help, the room is clean, I liked everything. Nice view from the window when it's sunny. The room is in pictures of flowers, very atmospheric. It was a bit noisy when the neighbors left early in the morning, but it didn't bother me much.

Excellent service. Location excellent with a beautiful view. Staff very friendly and helpful. All so very professional. To be recommended. When in Cape Town again i will stay at Ashby Manor again.

I had a superb stay at this guest house. All of the rooms have a different design and the overall environment is very welcoming. Armando “the night manager” was very friendly and I had many interesting conversations with him. I would highly recommend staying here. Great location also.

I had a wonderful overnight stay. The room was extra large with beautiful crisp white linen, well equipped kitchenette, and small but clean bathroom. The balcony and exquisite view were an unexpected bonus. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go again.

Quaint guest house with beautiful individuality decorated rooms, ours was a large family room with a sea view balcony. Limited buffet breakfast but enough for our needs. Great friendly staff and the manager Liesl couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Great location, a five minute walk into Seapoint shops or the beach. Only improvement would be air conditioning for the room. Great value accommodation.
