O on Kloof is beautiful! Our room was very comfortable and the facility is lovely. The staff was exceptional! Very friendly, helpful and fun to visit with. The location is excellent for a quick walk to Mojo Market or a long promenade down the beach. It is an easy Uber ride to the waterfont. Our Cape Town stay was wonderful and we will stay at O on Kloof when we return.

This is probably one of my favorite new places to stay in CT. Lovely setting, friendly staff, wonderful spa treatment and hands ok owner. Rooms are spacious and cosy. Very clean. Breakfast was tasty. Highly recommended

A little late. This was booked through out travel agent as part of our Garden route-ish tour. We had three nights here in early October, it was easy to find with SatNav from Cape Town airport, parking was easy and help was on hand to help with our luggage. Check-in nice and easy, information about the hotel was given. We were on a ground floor, the room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable for us, and slept well. Breakfast was good. We were out all day, so cannot comment on any of their amenities. We came back to a couple of nights that had load shredding (power cuts), there were candles everywhere giving it a nice ambiance. We spent a bit of time chatting to the staff at the bar. We had a problem with a prearranged tour, and I believe the lady was called Murechelle (sp) helped us out tremendously. If they have the same staff, then we would definitely return. Regent Street (shops & restaurants) is walkable, bearing in mind that it's down hill, so on your return it's up hill.

O on Kloof - this is a very special place - the manager Vanda led by example and everything was first class, we were given some excellent recommendations from her. It’s in a very good location and Ubers are cheap and plentiful. Nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon and it was fantastic. Beautiful boutique hotel and spa. Our room was amazing (room 1) with a jacuzzi on the balcony, sun loungers and a lovely view. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Location was great, only 10 -15 min drive from all the main things to see. We took ubers to Table Mountain, V&A waterfront, Old Biscuit Mill. Hosts are lovely and helped so much with planning our days. Great breakfasts (continental and cooked). Loved the French toast. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely start to our holiday with a few days here. We received a warm welcome along with a prosecco which was an excellent start to our holiday. It was a great base to explore Cape Town, small with a boutique feel, attentive and helpful staff and stylish decor. Diverson deserves a special mention for working extra hard to make our stay special. We did enjoy the pool but despite being apparently heated it was very cold! The bar and restaurant area was small but a lovely place for a drink and a good place to watch the sunset from. It was very easy to order ubers for evening meals which were very reasonable but we also walked to two restaurants within a few minutes of the hotel. We seemed to be the only people staying at the time and we were accommodated with breakfast times to suit are plans for the day when we needed an earlier start. The cable car up Table Mountain is a must as are the walks at the top!

Need for maintenance & new Manager . Carpet dirty. Basin & shower drains blocked. Hotel Manager’s reaction was no else complained. Did you come here to relax or complain. 2IC very friendly & helpful.

Pros: Love the personal touch, petals of the room, room is modern and comfortable Massage service, gym and pool at the basement Friendly staff Cons: Parking is outside on the street and you have to drag the luggage to the back Breakfast took more than 40 mins to be prepared but we can see that the manager was doing his best as it was busy
