4.5/5ExcellentGood location, very close to the V&A pier. Two minutes from going out is the hop on hop off tourist station. The room facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable. Living on the sixth floor can have harbour or Table Mountain views. The front desk service attitude is good. The buffet breakfast is very rich.

Haven't found the right property yet?
I don't think it is a four stars hotel, there is no breakfast, no lunch, no gym, the receptionists are all cold. Regardless I checked in very late, but they required all to check out by 11am. That is really inconvenient. I book the family room, the sofa bed is next to a very noisy air-conditioner outlet, and the sofa bed is too heavy to move, maybe it was fixed to the floor. Will not consider to stay there again.
