The location was good near the station, but the room smelled of sewage. The blanket was also a thin blanket with lots of pilling.
Also, when I checked in, the woman at the reception desk told me that breakfast was included, so I asked, ``Does it include breakfast?'' After that, I was guided to the breakfast venue, so I didn't have any doubts about what to do next. After having breakfast on the day, I was charged 20 euros when I checked out.
It was a different staff than when I checked in, but I wasn't satisfied with it, so I protested and the charge was 15 euros. Until the end, we did not admit that we had not been informed that breakfast would be included. He said it was because he believed in his colleagues.
If there was a fee in the first place, there should have been an explanation of the fee at check-in, but there was no such explanation.
I recommend staying at another hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The location is good, everything is easily accessible. At first we were disappointed with the rooms, we were in a kind of annex on the ground floor, the furnishings were not as elegant as in the pictures. But the advantage was that we had a second room in both rooms, so it was good in terms of space and space. The bathrooms are very small and cramped. The beds are also worth replacing, thanks to my weight I was able to flatten the bed springs. One advantage is the quiet, you don't hear anything from the Bar al Parliamento, a source of unrest until 1.30am.
Breakfast very good, staff friendly and helpful.

We booked early and got the best room [2.1] with that stunning balcony as shown in their picture. Very, very helpful staff. Very good breakfast in the morning. Would book again.

Beautiful place overlooking the canal. Quite part of town. Loved the breakfast!! The room was perfect and very romantic. Staff went out of their way to help us -- extraordinarily friendly! Highly recommended.

Superb. Lovely big room (no. 3) with a city view i.e. onto adjoining property, very clean, comfy bed and pillows. Very powerful shower with lots of hot water. Usual continental style breakfast with fresh rolls and croissants, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Very friendly staff throughout. Will definitely return on our next trip to Venice.

A lovely little hotel walkable from the station on a main canal. The location is away from the crowds, but walkable to all the sites. Nice breakfast and charming room overlooking the canal. We loved it.

It was really close to all of the things on our to do list. The only thing I did not like seeing was that there was mold on the shower head who looked really black and needed to be cleaned.

Interesting hotel. Furniture made it feel like an old Victorian home. Our room also had a separate entrance from the street which was unique.
The it conditioner didn’t keep the room as cold as I would have preferred, but it was adequate. And more pillows would be ideal.
The room was a little dusty and could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was comfortable.
We loved the location - a short and easy walk from the train stations, which you will want especially if you have luggage. The areas is off the beaten path enough that it is quieter and less crowded, but still a short walk to the tourist attractions you would want to see. It is also located near some great restaurants.
It was perfect for my husband and I to stay 2 nights. We would stay here again.
