The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and valued. "The hostel located in a very convenient locatipn however, if you are travelling with large luggage, you will be struggling to climb the stairs as it's steep. Overall the bed was comfy and the check in process is easy with clear instructions. All amenities provided inside."

"Everything was good , but there is no one to help you if you needed ant help with something, everything is self service.. well i like it but somebody should be staying there as a secretary or security .. one day a Chinese woman ate inside the room of sleeping, unfortunately the smell was all over for the whole night .. and no one is around to warn her unless the cleaner whom she dint even listen to her .. the cleaner was nice kind girl she do her job perfectly.."

"The worker was genuinely kind and incredibly helpful. The facilities, however, were subpar. There was only one proper accessible shower, and the other required walking through a toilet area - meaning anyone using the toilet could access the shower. Space was extremely tight overall, so it’s not ideal for anyone who values comfortable room to shower or do anything that requires a bathroom. Very very tight space in the bathroom area, however they provided free toothbrushes and earplugs. The lobby and rooms were well set up with head towels and clean blankets in the bedroom, and the Japanese-style lobby was a pleasant touch. The lockers were secure with keypad access. I do recommend this if you intend to stay for one night as there’s a convenience store below, easy access to the MRT, very close proximity to the water front, and a Starbucks within 5 minutes walk."

"You get what you paid for. Location was good, few mins walk to the metro. The room size was as stated in the picture only concern was the condition of the room, a few stains on the bedsheets & towel, the wifi wasn’t working even though it was a full bar and somehow the keycard given was able to access other rooms so that was concerning but other than that everything else was okay."

"The hotel is ok. Hong Kong is hard to get housing so for this area it's pretty good for a cheap price. Problem was the entire hotel was under investigation while we were there and having no reception was super annoying when we ran into airport issues. The room is good, but the bathroom combining with the shower was really annoying, and the people outside our room were super loud all the time despite the notice saying silence after 10pm. Third photo is the auto check in/out machine."

"Decided to extend my stay given the general good experience of the previous couple of days. Check out is later than most other places at 12pm, this was a plus. Staff friendly and helpful but be sure to ring them before hand as they have to give you a code to enter the building. I did e-mail them before hand but got no reply so had to ring them from outside the building to get the code to enter the building where the Sleep cube is located"
