Beautiful Hotel in a beautiful location. Special traditional English house with super friendly and attentive hosts that make you feel very welcome. Honesty bar , complimentary drinks the best breakfast in Carbis bay and a variety of beautiful rooms small and large Carbis Bay is quite hilly so if you struggle to get up and down hills probably wouldn’t recommend the area , although our hosts gave us lots of tips to sneaky footpaths that can help. St Ives and Carbis hotels are not budget but that said this hotel for sure warrants what it charges due to location , the history of the building and views to the beach Stunning breakfast conservatory with views to the garden honestly an idyllic and beautiful place would highly recommend it !

We had the most wonderful stay at Headland House Hotel in St Ives! From the moment we arrived, Marc and Fenella — the loveliest hosts (like a mum and dad away from home!) — made us feel completely welcome and looked after. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising us with bubbles on the house to celebrate a birthday. The rooms were spotless and beautifully styled, with thoughtful touches everywhere (we especially loved the White Company products!). Breakfast was an absolute treat each morning, and Marc and Fenella’s recommendations for where to go and what to do were spot-on — it felt as though they’d planned the perfect St Ives itinerary just for us. It’s easy to see why Headland House has so many glowing reviews and awards. It’s the perfect blend of boutique luxury and homely warmth — classy, tasteful, and welcoming all at once. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed here for 3 nights last week before heading over to Falmouth to stay with friends, What a beautiful peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of St Ives but close enough to dip your toes in as much as you wish. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome from Mark who showed us around before taking us to our room. We stayed in the Heligan room which was stunning & had its own private garden. Breakfast was served by Fenella who couldn’t do enough for you. They offer a good amount of breakfast options which were all yummy. My advice would be to look no further & get booking, we will definitely be returning. Thank you both for a perfect stay.

We were in Carbis Bay for a wedding and stayed at Headland house B&B for 3 nights. We were met by Fenella when we arrived and were made to feel so very welcome straight away. The room we stayed in was Sennen. Very comfortable and beautiful views from the bay window. Breakfast was amazing. Absolutely spoilt for choice and hot food made to order The train station is about 100 metres away and the coastal walk into St Ives is close by. The beach is beautiful too. We left early on the last day and we were treated to a packed breakfast. The hosts really have your comfort and interests at heart. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay with parking. Breakfast fantastic, owners fantastic. Close to train station to get too st ives. Definitely come here again thank you very much for a great stay.

We have just returned from 3 nights stay and all.we can say is that the reviews are spot on. The hosts Mark and Fenella are so lovely, you find cake in your room, the breakfast choice is amazing. Beautiful room we stayed in the Boathouse which is just stunning.Nothing is too much trouble and the service and attention you receive is second to none. We have stayed in the larger hotels in St Ives and Carbis but they do not touch this hotel. Highly recommend just a beautiful stay for my husbands birthday and our anniversary. Will definitely be returning.

Wow!!! we have just returned from a fab stay at Mark and Fenella's beautiful B & B. wonderful rooms and breakfast to die for. Lovely couple, will definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, nice room, close to St. Ives Wonderful hosts, who are incredibly friendly. They went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Very good breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. Great location. Welcoming large clean rooms. We would love to come again

It is a luxury B&B, quality fittings, nice extra touch’s like cake and Prosecco, fresh milk and water in the fridge, quiet, private, parking available, close to beach and train. Really relaxed and enjoyable experience.
