Lovely hotel. Staff attentive. Housekeeping was very try good. Didn’t try the restaurant or breakfast but smelt good :) Room had a balcony which was an added bonus

Very warm welcome, ideal location, and the room is perfect. The swimming pool was originally a plus, but we did not use it for more than 10 minutes and the water was cold because there is no locker or locker for the loan of bathrobes would be a plus to visit it from the room.

For those who want to spend their time exploring the walled city, this hotel is a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking is provided in two outdoor lots, but spaces are not monitored for those occupying more than one space and getting a space seems to be a matter of luck. Don’t count on the included parking being available or convenient. There is, however, sufficient room for large delivery trucks to arrive at 0200 to deal with laundry. That happens right outside hotel rooms so be prepared for an interrupted sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast is a disappointment with few choices, uncomfortable seating, and staff that seems unhappy to be there. Do not eat dinner at the hotel. It is overpriced, with mediocre food and the same uncomfortable chairs and unhappy staff. Front desk staff is inconsistent, with some friendly and helpful and others bordering on rude and hostile. There are better choices, I think.

So unseemable the house from outside, so extraordinarily beautiful and artful are the interiors. Very modern and practically furnished with a large garden and a winter garden at bad weather. The garden is a natural artwork and invites to stay and enjoy (e.g. at the Apéro or at breakfast. The owners are making a great effort to make the guests stay as pleasant as possible.
