Motel 6 Carlsbad, CA - North

Check in and check out were easy with friendly staff. Nothing fancy but it was nice having the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. There is some noticeable noise from the freeway but I stopped noticing it after a short time.

A very nice place with good services. The room condition is good, clean and tidy.

The room was clean and spacious, if sparsely furnished. The air conditioner worked well and was not overly loud. There are windows that open, but they face a public corridor, so not for overnight use. Parking was fairly convenient, even for a second story room. No elevator was not a plus. The motel is conveniently located near an excellent family restaurant , a Starbucks and a Vons grocery store. Not walkable to "Old Carlsbad", but a quick drive. Bring your own toiletries, as only soap if provided.

Clean & comfortable room, friendly staff, easy parking. It seems Motel-6 no longer provides much in the way of amenities so I always have to be sure to bring my own (including a coffee maker).

Clean spacious room with parking just outside, the staff was wonderful and understanding in accommodating our requests.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very convenient location to hwy 5. Tammarrak Beach, Carlsbad Village, and Oceanside, are just a couple of streets down. Room and motel grounds were very clean. No breakfast was served, or coffee makers in the room, but coffee was free in the lobby. I purchased groceries and saved a lot on food costs overall. Walmart is within 7 minutes and our room had a large refigerator and small microwave. Bring toiletries, our room only had bar soap and hairdryer. Overall great experience. Plan to return to this motel for nice and affordable stay.

The price is right! The only noise was the traffic which is white noise. It was clean. I come to Carlsbad often so will probably stay here every time

Motel 6 Carlsbad, CA - North, room was spacious and very clean, staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. This Motel 6 is situated in a perfect area if you have a dog or kids, there is a park nearby within a 3 minute walk with large grassy area and play area. In addition there is another park closer to the beach Carlsbad has tons of great restaurants and coffee shop.
