We had a wonderful family stay at The Eminence. The location is excellent, just a short 10-minute walk to Melbourne’s CBD, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The service was outstanding throughout our visit. Victoria and her team were consistently responsive and helpful, promptly assisting us with any enquiries we had. One of the highlights for us was the secure private parking, which made travelling by rental car incredibly convenient, especially for day trips outside the city centre. The apartment itself was spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped. We appreciated the clean and ready-to-use amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, and a full set of kitchen cutlery. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, comfortable, well-located, and supported by a great team. We had happily stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

The location is terrible. There are no convenience stores or restaurants for miles around; it's very desolate. The room was also bad, with no view whatsoever – just the building across the street outside the window. The curtains let light through, so if the living room light was on at night, even with the curtains drawn, people across the street could see in. There was absolutely no privacy. I was charged a $200 deposit because I checked out a little late, and they wouldn't refund a single cent. The front desk was almost always empty. Several times when my room wasn't cleaned, I went down to get new towels or toilet paper, and there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. This was a really bad experience.

Location is good and quite spacious for families, but the cleanliness isn't that good. The room is dusty, especially the pantry. The washing machine has some soy sauce in it, thank goodness we spotted it before loading the washing machine or else it would have been stuck and it would be our responsibility- The shower is a bit odd, there's no seal underneath the glass door so the water would flow out of the toilet area easily. Amenities wise, just beware that towels are not refilled daily. No one informed us about it upon check-in and it wasn't until the 3rd day, we were told that there is a fee for it. Overall, the service was a bit inconsistent.

They had a faulty bathroom lock! I got stuck in there for hours & they Offered a full refund & now they are Completely changing their minds to Provide nothing. I was told if you pay the door that was damaged whilst escaping, than we will refund. The whole traumatic experience being stuck for soo long is almost a joke with such a request.
