Downtown Charming, 2 Br 2 BA Flat, 1 Block from Ocean Ave, Carmel-by-The-Sea, CA

Very Well-Appointed Apartment in Central Carmel Although the property was being renovated, it was a very pleasant stay. Great, new retro appliances and very strong hot shower. One small disappointment: there's not a lot of natural light in this apartment, but it wasn't a problem for us because we were mostly outside in the spectacular Carmel natural setting.

A perfect walkable location Stayed for several days in Carmel, and were very pleased with the choice of this property. In particular, the location was ideal. It is in the center of the cute downtown area, so walkability was fabulous for meals, shopping and just enjoying Carmel. It is not a big place, but it is very charming, and opening the top portion of the 'Dutch door' in the morning for the coastal breeze was a delight. In full disclosure, there are a few quirks to note. There is no parking with the property, so a bit of hunting is required to find a spot for the car at night. Also, at the time of writing it was on the tail end of some construction, so there were a few rough edges. But overall neither of these detracted from the experience, and we would stay there again.

Perfect Spot for Carmel Amazing location. Very easy walking to all shops, restaurants, and beach. Greg and Gretchen were avaliable for anything we needed.

Location Location Location Cute quiet place. Location cannot be beat as it is a short walk to everything in town. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Couple of hiccups that were addressed quickly with host. Even though there was construction going on in a couple of units around we did not even know. Enjoyed our stay.

Magical Place To Stay This was my first time staying at a Vrbo and our experience was incredible! Gretchen and Greg our Hosts were so helpful and informative. They made us feel so welcome and would even check in with us to make sure everything was going well. Their house was so clean, well stocked with everything you will need. The location is perfect and you can walk everywhere! Such a idyllic retreat in Carmel By The Sea! I can't wait too go back! Thank You Gretchen and Greg for making our vacation a memorable one!

Perfect apartment! Great location, love it We loved staying here, the beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we could need. Showers had great water pressure. Location is ideal, easy walk to everywhere. If this apartment went for sale I would be interested, liked it that much:)
