Allan operated on this historic property dating back to 1898. This two-level home is perfectly situated to maximize the views of Point Lobos and is just a few steps to Monastery Beach — famous for diving and pounding ocean swells. Take pleasure in the sweeping panoramic ocean views of Point Lobos and a white sand beach as your backyard. Scuba divers come from far and wide to enjoy the kelp forests, otters, seals, whales and other wildlife found in the waters off Monastery Beach. Hardwood floors, fireplace and large glass panels blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. 3 cottages on property. Two 2 bedroom one 3 bedroom. 2 Dogs max allowed for a fee of $195.
