The room was elegantly and cozy, the bedding was very comfortable, and there was a small bar where you could have coffee. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and even provided some cookies, drinks, and alcoholic beverages.

The hotel amenities, location, design and staff were all great. Our room was small but functional (other room types were larger). Great proximity to Ocean Ave shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast provided and the hot tub was a great addition.

We would definitely stay here again!! Adorable place, clean rooms, sweet courtyard is comfortable and warm. Love hanging out there, in and out of the room. The staff is friendly, the food delicious and the beverages as well.

Beautiful hotel in the charming downtown area of Carmel. Nice walk to restaurants, shopping and beach. Great hot tub and outdoor fireplace for relaxing.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It is such a cute spot and very close to restaurants, shopping, and drinks! It is so quiet and serene. The room was very clean and tidy. The surrounding common areas were also very clean and inviting. I will definitely book again.

The Staff is so professional,friendly and accessible . The grounds are under constant care and clean up. A very lovely,efficient and friendly breakfast attendant is to be commended .

Our stay was fine, we think the price does not match the hotel. We paid about $500 a night at the end of September for a clean room, nothing to write home about. It’s definitely walkable but the complimentary “breakfast” was laughable. Fruit flies, croissants and a few stale bagels that was about it.
