Reviews of Carmel Inn & Suites

Rose at the front desk did a great job in trying to help correct the many problems. First, the carpets were so dirty that my white socks were soiled black from all the dirt. I then made sure I wore shoes constantly. Two, the bed was not made every day, they missed 3 days. On one of those days I found housekeeping and asked them to make it up. Third, every time the television was turned off, the cable signal was lost. Rose came to help us 3 times and then showed me how to reset it. I had to undo a cable in the back of the tv every time for it to reset. Fourth, the pool and part of the property were under construction. This information should have been shared by your website. Finally, The photo online showing a charming continental breakfast area does not reflect the current reality of the situation. A basket was placed outside your door every morning with cereal, milk, yogurt or fruit or orange juice. This was basic and not really appealing after several days.

This is just a hotel, don’t expect too much

The location is convenient, just in the small town, surrounded by many Dining room. There is a free parking lot and wifi, but the hotel facilities are outdated, the bathroom hygiene is too poor, there are hairs in the tub, and the shower curtain is dirty.

Very good, good in every way

旅館位置好，在卡梅爾小鎮鬧中取靜的地方。設施比較陳舊。窗上有蜘蛛網。床墊翻身能聽到彈簧的聲音。幾個在此區域比較便宜。街角對面的餐廳很好吃。

房間舒適，衞生間陳舊有異味，房間窗簾布有損且不能完全關閉，有冰箱、微波爐、咖啡機，衞生清潔不到位，小鎮環境很好。
