This property is a 4.5 star because it lacks a restaurant. BUT everything is too notch al beit small. The staff is accommodating, The breakfast superior. It was convenient and comfortable.

We visited the Carriage House Inn on our honeymoon and what a fantastic spot! The town, the people, everything about this visit was exceptional. We traveled across the country from Maine, and will definitely be returning!

The individual service, the cozy company with free drinks and the breakfast are among the outstanding strengths of the house. But all this has to be paid for dearly. Even if the rooms are nice to look at, there are deficits. The bed, advertised by Michelle as a cloud, is completely worn out. Even a soft topper cannot hide this. When it's cold outside, the heater isn't enough to bring the room up to 70 degrees F. It would also be nice to be offered help with luggage transport
