For such an expensive hotel, I would expect everything to be in excellent condition. The elevator smelled of urine, and the bathroom door was rotting. Regarding parking, at check-in I was quoted a fixed rate, but at check-out, I was told it didn't apply because it was booked through a third party. They also charged me additional taxes for breakfast, which was already included in the reservation. However, the service at breakfast was good.

This is an exquisite hotel/resort! I actually came here after leaving Embassy Suites early. Best. Decision. Ever! The hotel seems a little older- but in a classy way. Ambiance is awesome and there is A LOT included. Great fitness classes, right on the beach and more. Absolutely loved it!

5 star resort with a busy vibe. Liked : Decor , range of facilities . Disliked : sea smell due to nearby rotting seaweed , pool chairs by beach laid out in rows sone without shade , nearby aircraft runway noise . Intercommunicating room door with lack of insulation created next door room noise.

It’s a very huge hotel. The rooms are not new. The location is not bad but the beach is not the best. The pools are ok but kids everywhere except at adult pool that is too small. Breakfast its ok but you have to wait up half an hour to be seat. Not for me.

The view is great, but the hotel is quite old, or rather, has a history. The breakfast with the sea view is plentiful and delicious. However, the service is a bit lacking; I called twice to request a blanket but it still wasn't delivered. Overall, it's still a good hotel, but you need to book early, otherwise it's very expensive. My room was a standard room at 4000 yuan per night, which is a bit pricey.
