During the stay, the hotel replaced the new bed. The smell of the new bed was very bad. I told the front desk to replace the old bed or find a way to get rid of the smell or change the room. They said there was no room to change. In addition, I didn’t hear any complaints from others. The bed smells and the attitude is very unfriendly.

Service and room were great, staff incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was great, too. We didn’t fully understand the geography and while extremely convenient, the nearby town centre was not what we’d expected. But the hotel itself was terrific!

This is the perfect place for the industrial area at Ringiskiddy, only a few minutes away on a quiet road. Once you have stayed here, you would never want to stay farther away.
The hotel is in the centre of the town with good parking. Everything is in easy walking distance.

The Hotel was so convenient for the Airport and Cork City which was best visited by use of Park & Ride about a 15-20 min drive away. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meals whether taken in the Bistro or Bar were very good.
Would have no reservations about recommending this as a good base to visit Cork City and Cork. A short drive to Crosshaven and Kinsale.

Value was being away from city centre.
Good advice from reception staff to take bus into Cork and then walk to the Springsteen gig
Saved a lot of taxis.
