We have stayed here a few times this year and the staff were very profession and helpful. The room was very clean and the maids got us anything we needed. The breakfast was good and very presentable my only recommendation would be to add something with the eggs. I will stay there any time I am in Carrolton

When the front desk didn't ask me for a card, I deducted $166.85. The bill given later is another number. I don't know how much I will deduct. I can't match the amount I booked.

My parents had a flood in their home and had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks and the staff here were wonderful! They were constantly asking if there was anything we needed or anything they could do for us (my parents have limited mobility due to a stroke and a fall). The rooms are very nice, the pool was clean, the laundry facilities were cleaned daily, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen! I have to say though the friendly staff was what made this experience much easier for us all. Highly recommend!!
