We booked 7 nights at the end of August. The truth is that the experience has been very good. A spacious, clean, comfortable room with excellent views of the pool and the Mar Menor.
We took Full Board and were pleasantly surprised both by its variety and by the price of the drinks.
The pools they have are excellent, with temperatures that seem heated, free Balinese beds and two jacuzzis at the foot of the pools, also free. You have both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean just 100 meters away and with a huge beach, without crowds.
The only but that I would put, would be that 15 euros/day of parking seems excessive to me.

Very nice hotel, the staff are very friendly, happy & helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The only rather odd thing was that tea & coffee making facilities are provided but you have to buy your own milk! There’s a fridge in the room so you’ve got somewhere to put it anyway. I was very impressed with the complementary bottle of cava on ice & 2 glasses left in our room as a birthday gift, very nice touch. We would stay again.

We stayed as a couple for one week. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and big and clean at least on arrival. The Spa and Saunas are also nice. Downside is: E.g. Room floors were not cleaned during the stay, only groomed. The Hotel as 4-stars don't offer service for shipment of small lost/ forgotten objects. Worst is that we called and sent an email prior to our booking, to have it confirmed if everything of pools and Sauna was in service. They confirmed such, but the one main aromasauna is damaged. Secondly, warming beds in the relaxing room were only working one of the days. We submitted a reclamation, where the response was provided back quite rude and at least not clear. It's referring to another entity etc. Overall a nice stay, although not sure we would agree that they're 4-star Hotel.

Adults only 👌 ideal for couples in the busy season. Amazing views from sea view rooms. comfortable rooms with good quality linen. Lovely pool and spa. superb location for both the med and menor menor beaches (3 mins walking distance to either!) The staff are amazing, especially if you try to talk a little Spanish. Very clean. Food is not amazing but definitely good value for the price. We stay here 3/4 times a year as its very relaxing 💞 Local buses and taxis (do book) reception are happy to book it for you. Try the zoco area while your here. 👍

First off this is not an adult only hotel . There were a few children here when we stayed . The all inclusive is very basic all inclusive. the buffet restaurant is ok and the food is ok . I would however hate to be there when the hotel was full ! The pool is nice but small with very few sun beds , so even out of season they filled up pretty fast . The spa is great and very relaxing . The staff are wonderful and very helpful . The hotel is very clean and the rooms are adequate. The staff at the pool , bar , restaurant and reception all do a fabulous job and are a credit to the hotel. The area the hotel is in is very quiet and the beaches are 2 minutes away and are beautiful . We enjoyed our stay .

A nice budget hotel. We just stayed 1 night and didnt have time to use the pool or spa. The restaurant is buffet style which was fine but I had assumed it would be table service. Likewise, the cafe bar don't do table service and the options were limited when we arrived. The location is beautiful but if you're looking for party central, this is not the one for you unless you're willing to travel. Pros are the sea views, proximity to the beach, a clean room, ac worked well, nice friendly staff, food is plentiful and generally it's great value for money. Cons are the rooms are noisy (we could hear much of what was going on next door), the lift was quite busy at times and the bed was very hard. We we're both sore waking up. For this reason, I wouldn't go back and was glad that we were only staying 1 night.

Great room with a lovely view over the Mar Menor. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast good, dinner ok - limited choice but fine. Spa services good quality at reasonable price. To be honest, for a bargain price I can only recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, great indoor pool although most of the thermal suites were closed, plenty of loungers outside. The beds were rock hard, so uncomfortable. We asked for extra blankets and pillows to make them more comfortable, seemed like an inconvenience to the reception and housekeeping staff (evening time, the lady who cleaned the rooms each day was lovely although tea not restocked!). The food was awful, a lot of it was a different version of the night before (pork fillet one night, same fillet in sauce the following night). A lot of the staff didn't speak English, which is unusual for a tourist region. The vast majority of the guests were Spanish so the food may have been geared towards them. One English speaking station on the TV (BBC news).
