Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport

Stayed only ine night. But the experience was good. Small friendly pretty hotel. Looked like iy was new. Candice who checked us in was excellent with her cheeful dispositiin and attending to out needs. The location was okay with short uber trips to Brier Creek for food and shopping.

Very cute hotel. Our room was nice and cool when we checked in. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were so very comfortable. My daughter and I slept very well. All the staff were very friendly and very attentive. Will stay here again!

Very clean. Delicious continental breakfast. Staff was courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and easily accessible spot for early morning flight. Front desk and shuttle staff were top-rate — give them all raises!

Beautiful, clean. Only thing was one bath towel for two. Breakfast buffet very nice. We used airport shuttle which was very convenient.

Enjoyed the stay, room was small to move around but clean and the outside of the property with a lot of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

They had no record of my confirmed reservation. Due to a glitch with ******* and their system. It took nearly 2 hours to get into a room. But the Manager and the woman at the counter worked hard for us. The bed was too high to sit on, and the mattress was so lightweight it slid when trying to get up onto it. So I had to have my daughter hold the mattress in place while I attempted to get partially onto it then run around and help me finish climbing on to the slipping mattress. I couldn’t sit on the side either as it dumped me onto the hard edge of the frame. In all I got 45 mins of sleep. Ut wasn’t ideal. Also the night table was too narrow to hold a cpap and the remote let alone a phone amd drink. Glad it was only a short 5 hr stay.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The room was a little small, but quite nice. Nice shower.
