I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay. The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch. The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience. This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

Great location although very challenging when our taxi reach the hotel.

The hotel room is simple and clean with nice details, such as wall-socket with USB port, blackout curtain (means a lot if you’re changing time zone), and hair-dryer etc. Sitting in the very Chinese style dining hall, enjoying complimentary Chinese breakfast with background music and occasional parrot voice jam-in, I once had illusion of being in “Joy Luck Club”-like movie, rather amazing. If you look for budget hotel in the city, highly recommend.

This is an awesome hotel in the busy Casablanca! Yassir was very helpful to us, they made us a breakfast bag for our early bus the next day. The room is so cool, with a wonderful shower. TV was not working but that's ok. You have to walk a bit for the mosque however it is a nice walk passing by some beautiful places to see. I do recommend this hotel very much and they have a restaurant with Chinese food, I regret not having tried!

cheap and best hotel, supportive staff

I stayed here for one night and it was worth it! The room was clean and most importantly the bathroom was big!! I had a tasty Chinese breakfast in the morning. The staff were so lovely and helpful! Definitely going there if ever I visit Casablanca again!

The hotel is located in the old town of Casa, between two tram stops, and it takes seven or eight minutes to walk to the Grand Plaza. The location is OK. It is a typical Chinese-owned hotel. In addition to tourists, there are also many foreign staff staying. The food is most suitable for Chinese stomachs, which solves the biggest problem of eating. There are two or three small supermarkets around. Overall, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

The location of the hotel is quite good, there are many cafes nearby, McDonald's and barbecue are at the intersection! For details, please refer to my previous comments, because this trip to Morocco started from Casa, and finally returned to Casa after a round of play. Finally, I stayed here on the last night of my departure! Compared with the seaside, the scenery and environment are much inferior! But the price-performance ratio is high! The safety factor in the old town is also lower than that on the seaside! Oriental Hotel is still recommended for Chinese people to stay, at least there is Chinese food!

Very comfortable, with a great location. The lobby staff are warm, thoughtful, and considerate. We arrived later than 10 o'clock and were still waiting. The breakfast was rich and varied, with milk, soy milk, fried dough sticks, and porridge, which made us feel like we were in China.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, and the owner was very considerate to keep the room card in advance! The location here is super good, you can walk to the Hassan II Mosque and pass by Mohammed Square. If you want to eat Chinese food here, you can definitely choose this restaurant, the Sichuan cuisine is better than Sichuan!

Strictly speaking, it is not a hotel, but more like a guesthouse. The room is not small, but it feels cheap. The corridor smells of cigarettes. Guests in the room smoke without closing the door. The price is not cheap. The price of the large room is the same as the standard room of Novotel Hotel, but the business is very good. It is fully booked every day. The front desk is full of Chinese people, who are friendly to Chinese people who don't speak foreign languages. The guests are all Chinese. The breakfast is Chinese. The air conditioning is powerful, the bedding is very comfortable and clean, there are slippers and free mineral water and kettle. Compared with similar hotels in Morocco, this is the biggest advantage, but the shower is very uncomfortable and the hot water is gone very quickly. My evaluation is absolutely fair.
