This affordable hotel in a pretty central area of Casablanca's real strength is really just the cost as well as the free breakfast in the accompanying cafe. It's a very dated hotel in ironically a very dated and rustic city. The rooms carry that sort of dated, barebones design and the beds are ok, but not the most comfortable. The lack of amenities also really drag as Casablanca isn't the most exciting city in Morocco and not the most atmospheric to walk around in. Overall, it's an average hotel at best that is saved by location and its price.

That's the worst booking experience I've ever had. Hotel doesn't respond on questions in all channels of communication It doesn't have working Whatsapp (there is robot on WhatsApp, you ask a question and get ads)

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! There was an Arabic chant that lasted more than 2 hours when I got there around 11am and you couldn't even take a nap. The bathroom walls had hair from the previous guest. The sink and shower faucets were so dirty! I was awaken at 4AM this morning by a very loud man shouting in the hallway and knocking on my door because he thought I ordered a taxi. I was up from 4am....this is not normal when I am on vacation!! He was mistaken with a different room, but you don't scream and bang loudly at 4am. When I was leaving my room for breakfast, there was CAT POOP in the hallway!! They have a cat in the hotel and he just roams around!! I came back after my morning visit around 11:30/45am to find my bed was done, but there was hair on the bed. The floors of the room were not that clean. I was only given one bath towel. IF YOU ARE A TALL AND A BROAD PERSON, please make sure to ask for a larger bathroom. I couldn't fully open my bathroom, it was blocked by the toilet, and you don't have a lot of wiggle room in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom shower, which is a standing shower flooded into the sink area because it was not draining well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very much apologetic of what happened, but never suggest I only pay half of the hotel fees. I will never stay there again, I would rather pay for more with better and cleaner bathrooms and floors.

An unforgettable culinary experience at Rooftop. Every dish was a true work of art — beautifully presented, perfectly balanced in flavors, and crafted with clear passion and precision. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail turned dinner into a memorable journey. Rooftop is not just a place to eat, but a place to truly appreciate food.

Only the wifi in the room is oke, but everything else is so bad, so old ,broken and even dirty. The bath is for example broken, and not only in 1 room. The rooftop is terrible. Wrong music for the public in the restaurant and so loud, you couldn't talk with eachother in a nice way. The gast went away thanx the music. The the food they served... so tastless, so less choices, so bad. Please Tui, dont sent your customers to this place anymore.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The pros: great location, easy walk to most places, nice breakfast. The rooms were clean. The cons: AN EMPLOYEE UNLOCKED OUR DOOR WITHOUT OUR CONSENT AND WITHOUT KNOCKING AND CAME INTO OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING AT NIGHT! When confronted he apologized but offered no explanation. We felt unsafe for the rest of our stay and placed heavy things against the door as we slept. We informed the front desk the next morning and they ignored our complaint. Another con is the intense cigarette smoke from management smoking incessantly in the lobby. Lastly, it can get very noisy at night when people come back to their rooms as the doors are heavy and the walls are thin.

In desperate need of renovation. Very old and noisy hotel. The hotel is located near a busy road and you constantly hear the noise of traffic. It’s a nightmare to sleep there. The rooms are very old fashioned and dirty. Hairdryer and safe available in the room. Television isn’t working. WiFi is good. The bed is okay, the pillows are like stones. No one of the staff speaks English. Unfriendly staff at the restaurant. The dinner buffet isn’t up to much and there’s hardly any choice. The breakfast buffet isn’t that great either and you will only find sweet things there.

The room was completely fine for our needs. Spacious and with everything that goes fine for 3 people. We also had our breakfast at the room and we found it great for the price of the room with breakfast. The smell of tobacco. Staff smoke near the reception and there’s always that smell. Our toilet also had that smell.

The staff were so kind and welcoming. They give you mint tea and cookies upon arrival as we were waiting for our room. The room facilities were clean but the design could be improved. The shower glass door didn't keep the water from leaking out of the shower, and our balcony door wouldn't lock but they fixed it immediately. Breakfast was great. Note that the elevator only starts on the 2nd floor so there is always one flight of steps. We were only in Casablanca one night.

I stayed at this location March 5-6, 2024, Room 36. Hotel de Paris is centrally located. I had no issue walking there from the Nations Unies tram stop. Check-in was a breeze, and I was served tea and cookies while waiting. The room was clean and spacious...furniture a bit dated. After using the shower, most of the bath floor was soaked. I rested well !! Front desk staff helped me navigate direction to the area sights. Brahim checked me out on the 6th...I'm very happy he insisted that I have a bit of breakfast. I would stay here again. Thanks!

The full body massage was 15 mins instead of 30 but I was charged the full price. After the massage has started the lady who was giving the massage went to answer the phone and was simply chatting. Massage itself was bellow the average and lacked the understanding about hygiene. Place wasn't cozy and massage table wasn't comfortable.

Hotel Paris is located pretty centrally and this is a great location from which to explore Casablanca. The rooms are basic but have ample space, and are both comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was that our shower cubicle leaked so every time it was used, the bathroom floor flooded. The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent and filling My only word of warning is that they do have a lift, but you have to go up some stairs to the first floor to access this, it is not available from the ground floor. As such if you have mobility issues, this is probably not the hotel for you. If you're fine with stairs, it's not bad value for the price.
