Reviews of Ibis Casa-Voyageurs

We thought this hotel would be closer to the train station. It’s actually about a 20-minute walk. We were misled by the map—it looked like it was in the neighboring building, but in reality, we had to walk around, and the walk ended up taking 20 minutes. Upon check-in, there were no towels in the room. But what surprised us even more was that when they finally brought towels, there was only one. There was nothing to step on after a shower—not even a mat for the slippery, cold tile floor—and nothing to dry your hands with. When we asked, the reception told us that it’s simply not provided. There’s no phone number listed for reception from the room, so to resolve any issue, you have to go downstairs. A surprisingly poor and rude level of service from a chain hotel. We regretted not staying at the hotel next door, which we liked much more during our previous visit.

Hotel is next to the train station so perfect if you are laying over in Casablanca. Tasty breakfast

The hotel is very close to the casa voyagers station, so it is very convenient to arrive at your destinations by train. A little far from the city centre, though.

Bad review. I forgot my power bank in the hotel room. I couldn't contact the front desk on the same day. I went to find it two days later and they lied to me and said they didn't have it. Don't stay here!

The location is very convenient, right next to the Casa Voyaguer train station. It is very convenient to take a train from Casa to other cities in Morocco. The room is clean and quiet at night. The lobby reception is very friendly. The hotel has a small bar where you can drink beer.

The room was dirty, the table and chairs were covered with food crumbs left by the previous resident. I asked the front desk to arrange cleaning, but when I came back after being out for a few hours, it still wasn’t done.

The room is cramped, the sockets are chaotically distributed, there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and toothbrush cup, and it is too high. But the shower was pretty good. The breakfast is rich, and the Moroccan high-speed rail station is opposite.

My room didn't make a good impression on me upon entering: a little cramped, with the bathroom (though new and absolutely decent) located in the corner at the entrance and with a brown carpet that objectively gives the impression of being old and shabby. I don't know if you can find better things at that price. However the staff was very kind and they kept my suitcase for me until the afternoon. It is right next to the Casa-Voyageur railway station from which you can easily go to the airport with an hourly train for 50 dirhams.

It's a bit old, but after all, it's an international chain, so I feel more at ease staying here
