I was a bit worried when I heard that my our had booked this hotel because of the negative review. But this proved to be unfounded. What we liked: *From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive. Shoutout to Melika from housekeeping who went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. *Our room was quite large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We really like the banquette by the window and the nice view. There was also a nice array of complementary toiletries and big bath towels in the bathroom. If you are plus size, towels that completely wrap around your body are a wonderful thing. *We had the buffet at the hotel’s restaurant as we were meeting our tour group and it was delicious with something for pretty much every taste. *We also had the buffet breakfast and the food was abundant, varied, and tasty. We especially appreciated the made to order omelettes, the msemmen, and the hot milk for our coffee. *The hotel is conveniently located and there is a small Carrefour supermarket up the street for snacks and other items. The hotel is also very close to the Central Market and restaurants. What could be improved: *The pillows were a bit hard for our taste, but that’s pretty subjective.
