This hotel was probably the worst we have stayed at. They cut the AC off during the day and they out the temp higher at pm we woke up sweaty and with headache everyday. They state there is a pool onsite but the pool is on another side of the hotel if hotel guests want to use it they must pay €15 per person that’s right per person even for our 2 year old son we’d have to pay the fee. We asked they please lower the AC temperatures to 75 degrees and it was never done. They said ok but never changed it.

Motel un po' datato e lontano dal centro. Ventola del bagno e aria condizionata molto rumorose. Alla reception davvero poca cortesia e attenzione per il Cliente. Soluzione accettabile se non si trova di meglio.

L’unica nota davvero positiva è il personale super gentile e disponibile Per il resto l’hotel è vecchi e piuttosto sporco e la mia stanza puzzava di fumo Anche se mi hanno “pulito” la stanza non avevano neanche messo a posto il letto, c’erano i cuscini tutti per aria Non c’era ne riscaldamento ne aria condizionata Zero kit shampoo, cuffia doccia etc che si trovano in qualsiasi hotel a meno che non sia un ostello A me va bene che un tre stelle non sia l’hotel dei lusso ma per far sentire la gente più a suo agio ci vuole veramente poco, senza spendere un soldo in più Non ci tornerei

Ho soggiornato varie volte tra luglio e settembre 2022 nel "Matitone". L' hotel e' un po' datato ma ha tutti i confort e pulizia per un ottimo soggiorno. Unico neo l' impossibilita' di regolare autonomamente l' aria in camera. Per il resto, la colazione e' molto ricca, pulizia accurata, ha una piscina molto bella e personale molto disponibile, in primis la spumeggiante responsabile Elma. What else ?!?

L' hotel è un po' datato, ma ha tutti i confort necessari per un buon soggiorno. Unico neo la non possibilità di regolare l' aria (calda/fredda) autonomamente. Per il resto, pulizia ok, ottima colazione, piscina fantastica ( lavoro in quel settore) e personale gentilissimo e disponibile in primis responsabile Elma. Top !!!

Sono stato solo un giorno ma sicuramente, appena avrò meno impegni di lavoro, ritornerò. Personale alla reception cordiali e disponibile, assistenza telefonica precedente, chiara e veloce, camera tripla,pulita e con ottima vista sulla piscina che quest'ultima, è curata e piacevole.Colazione ok, non sono uno molto esigente ma mia figlia che è molto noiosa nel mangiare,ha divorato un ottimo toast. Che dire,alla prossima....
