We had such high hopes as we have stayed as their other site (Mas Pinell) further North but were very disappointed by this stay. Our caravan was right at the very edge of the park and the noise from other vans was so bad with absolutely no policing from the security even after I complained. The pools were far too full and one day our bands didn't work so they sent us back to the reception (quite a walk in the heat) and by the time we got back there was no space for us at all. Food was poor and service at the bar and restaurant was just awful - really rude and poorly trained staff. Not enough staff keeping rowdy holiday makers in line during the day or night. Broken glass on some of the many unused tent pitches between our caravan and the pool and bar area so we had to be very careful walking back in the evenings. Not a well kept site other than the areas that have been done up. The rest is just a mess and needs a lot of work.

My experience wasn't entirely positive. I'll start with the good points: the facilities for children and the entertainment were excellent. On the negative side, the reception staff didn't answer the phone. The girl with glasses was very rude and wouldn't let you explain anything, and the phone operator sounded like a robot. We were allowed to stay in the bungalow until 1:00 PM, but the campsite facilities had to be vacated by 5:00 PM, as the campsite was closing for the season that day. The staff didn't tell us anything; we only found out from the cleaning lady. Honestly, there was zero communication.

We had a great family vacation. It was great. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely. The best thing about the campsite is the entertainment team. They're a young, enthusiastic, and very good-natured team. True professionals who give their all. Especially from my experience in Zumba and fitness, I want to give a shout-out to Louis and Judith. They give their all. The evening shows are put on by the entertainment team themselves; they're incredibly high-quality. Congratulations to the entertainment team! I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

I was at the campsite this weekend. I'm a hotelier with four businesses. We all work with roast chicken and paellas. I have to say that to this day I haven't had anything like the one we had there. The waiter service was very unorganized and unprofessional. I congratulate the kitchen team. As for the rest of the campsite, I think it needs to improve. The best thing about it is the direct access to the beach.

The camping experience wasn't good. We stayed in the S'Agaro bungalow, and the cleaning was terrible, and the maintenance of the bungalows was awful. In one of the rooms, we couldn't sleep because of the bad smell coming from the pillows and mattress. The service was terrible. The cleaning lady asked us if everything was okay. I told her it wasn't clean, and she didn't do anything, left, and ignored me. It's a very poorly managed campsite, not worth paying to stay there.

When we were walking at night without making noise to respect the residents, a man from the campsite came to tell us not to make noise, but in a bad way. He told us that we did not have the right to walk around a campsite that we had paid for. He also told us that he was going to check the cameras to see if we had done something. I am outraged by the service.

I'm putting this review up again because they like to delete things they don't like to hear. To start with, NEVER GO TO THE RESTAURANT NEXT TO THE POOL, they don't even come close to following the hygiene regulations. There were 6 of us and 3 of us got food poisoning at that place, leaving us in absolute **** for 2 days. The campsite in general is very cool, especially the Maya Lounge. It has basketball, football and volleyball courts and pools with slides so that even the littlest ones can have fun. In short, I would recommend it, but what they have to do to that restaurant is close it down with a good complaint because it is outrageous that they serve that kind of food to people.

We have just returned after a wonderful camping holiday at Valldaro (el delfin verde). Of course we were a bit hesitant after reading the negative review. But afterwards it all turned out to be fine. We had a great time at this beautiful campsite and the entertainment is great! Of course there are still some points for improvement. Here is a short summary: - cleaning of the sanitary facilities. The ladies clean it continuously but unfortunately it is the guests who make/leave it a dirty mess. - launderette: the queues for the only 8 washing machines were a major irritation. - The staff at the bar work hard but are simply understaffed. - swimming pool: putting down the miserable towel at 10:00 and then only coming to take a **** at 13:00. This while enough people only come to swim for a few hours, so the spots will have been free again by then. This should really be prohibited. It is fine that you reserve a bed so that you can have a bed together, but then stay there. And the lifeguards are indeed strict but I understand that completely with that crowd. - And I miss the control after midnight. A lot of noisy flying (read swearing) youngsters on electric scooters Small tip: I really miss a children's disco especially for the category 8-12 that would really be a great addition. Again there are some points for improvement which are largely due to the guests but we really had a wonderful holiday and would like to come back next year.

This campsite has now become Delfin Verde. We had never been there before and booked a Funtent. The tents are really dated and have many defects. We complained for 4 days that the windows of the tent could not be rolled up! There are too few and much too small parking spaces at the tents. Staff is very unfriendly. When you check in after a very long car journey you do not get a warm welcome but a grumpy person who says that you have to wait another 2 hours before your tent is ready. The water is a problem, the showers are either freezing cold or too hot, that also applies to the sinks and washing up area. Catering staff is also unfriendly, do not feel like it and you have to wait a very long time for food and drinks. The swimming pool was okay, towels are laid out by several people who do not come swimming. Very strict lifeguards, you are hardly allowed to play or they whistle. Camping is a 25 minute walk from Platja Daro, a very nice town with lots of restaurants and bars and the beach. Had a nice holiday, a bit of a shame about the bad service and mediocre condition of the tent.
