Great customer service and checking was smooth and even if one day there we enjoyed the views and breakfasts

Recognize to José María which was very kindly at my check in, amazing guy. Also to the staff at night, amazing hotel, I’ll be back soon.

My Wife and I spent 6 nights at this lovely hotel, the room was spotless, cleaned every day and towels changed too plus free water left in the fridge. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Erik on reception. Sea view rooms are amazing with free use of towels for pool and beach !! The only slightly disappointing thing was the lack of choice in the hotel restaurant but not a big isdue as numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The floors were not clean, room was very dusty. Bed was comfortable. The lobby staff were very good and some of the servers were nice but there was a lady that was very rude constantly

Definitely not a 4 stars Staff was kind but hard to believe they are trained in hospitality. Hotel looks fine in the photos, but as you get to interact with the details you will find poorly maintained furnishings and nasty stains everywhere–including towels and bedding. Aside from that, we didn’t feel safe and ended up leaving early.

Nice hotel; on the beach; they provide the towels but not umbrellas. Nice bar service.

Clean room, great location, friendly staff, would stay again.
